
D.S. Senanayake College is a prominent boys’ school in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The Old Boys’ Association (OBA) of D.S. Senanayake College is an organization formed by former students of the school to foster a sense of community among alumni and support the school’s development.
The UK Branch of D.S. Senanayake College OBA was formed in 1998 with the same intention. The primary objectives of our association are;
Alumni Networking, Support for the School, Scholarships and Grants, Events and Reunions, Career Guidance, Preservation of Traditions and Heritage and look after the welfares of the DSSC Fraternity in UK.
D S Senanayake College, situated in Colombo 07 (Cinnamon Gardens) is currently one of the premiere educational institutes in Sri Lanka. It was established on 10 February 1967 as a public national school in Sri Lanka and named after the first Prime Minister of Independent Sri Lanka, Rt. Honourable D S Senanayake. Its founder principal, Late Mr R I T Alles served the school from its inception in 1967 to 1992.
